A Culture of Wellness
Happy and fulfilled employees deliver outstanding performance, which is why we’ve implemented policies that promote wellbeing in and outside of the office.
Our “My Time” policy grants employees unlimited paid vacation time, giving them the ability to rest and recharge whenever they deem necessary and come to work fresh and ready to continue delivering stellar service and impressive results. We also provide wellness benefits in the office, like an in-house masseuse for Wellness Wednesdays, bi-weekly yoga classes on-site, and access to a full-service gym.
Giving Back
In everything we do, we make sure to give back
to the community we serve. Over the past 15 years, WOW and its founder and president, Jose “Pepe” Dans have donated over $3 million to incredible nonprofits such as Chapman Partnership, Jackson Health Foundation, Miami City Ballet, and Young Arts, among others.
In December 2019 we announced our partnership with the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, pledging our support to help them raise funds for life-changing cancer research at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
