I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE AUTONATION
GAMEDAY ACTIVATION AND RELATED ACTIVITIES HELD AT HARD ROCK STADIUM
DURING THE 2025-2026 NFL SEASON, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that
may arise from negligence, carelessness or wantonness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.

I acknowledge that this Assumption of Risk, Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used
by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will
govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for
myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: AutoNation Inc., Miami Dolphins, Ltd., South Florida Stadium LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Stadium, the National Football League, South Florida Football Associates LLC, Fin Associates, LLC, Fin Equity Holdings, LLC, South Florida Sports Foundation, Inc. d/b/a Miami Dolphins Foundation, Dolphins Cycling Challenge, Inc. d/b/a Dolphins Cancer Challenge, County Line South Properties, LLC, Dolphin Center Properties, LLC, South Florida Motorsports, SFM Events, LLC, SFS Events, LLC, Precision Drive Club, LLC, Sodexo, Inc. d/b/a Sodexo Live!, and/or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, their respective shareholders, members, partners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Releasees”);

(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Releasees from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.

I acknowledge that the Releasees are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of
any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.

I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

The Assumption of Risk, Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

Jose invested most of his career at Fox Television, USA Networks, Tribune Corporation, and Univision Radio, where he built loyal relationships throughout his tenures. Jose began WOW as a premiere events marketing firm and quickly evolved it to a full-service marketing agency. He has meticulously hand-selected his team of experienced industry professionals to help him lead a cross-disciplinary vision of an innovative, streamlined, customer service-focused agency. As a man of faith, Jose does not take his success lightly, propelling his family and company to give back to the community. This New Jersey native who makes Miami home with his wife and three children also sits on the boards of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, Chapman Partnership for the Homeless, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Betsy Henao

Prior to joining WOW MKTG, Mary was the chief marketing and communications officer for the University of Maryland Medical System and the University of Miami Health System. She is a results-driven leader experienced in navigating complex, matrixed organizations. Felix Castro

With over 20 years of experience managing campaigns for national and international clients, including Burger King, American Airlines, and Honda, Felix leads the multidisciplinary creative team to deliver award-winning, strategically developed concepts for integrated campaigns. Joining WOW in 2013 as Creative Director, he has been building and developing creative talent ever since, working with clients in the automotive, healthcare, food and beverage, and entertainment industries.

Diego, who started at WOW in 2015, is an expert in developing and executing data-based strategies to drive clients’ ROI via paid digital and social media channels. He works tirelessly to develop digital solutions and build, monitor, and optimize digital media plans for our client partners. Yoly Solano

One of our agency’s original team members, Yoly has been with the agency since 2006, designing and producing engaging real-life experiences for thousands of people each year. Under Yoly’s direction, WOW’s dynamic experiential marketing team has skillfully created memorable events featuring entertainment, promotions, and demonstrations for companies such as Disney, Univision, and UHealth, as well as the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, the American Cancer Society, and Chapman Partnership.

Virginia Zeron

// Vice President of Finance

Virginia oversees all accounting matters and human resources as an integral part of the agency’s leadership team. She manages WOW’s annual budget, directing the planning and forecasting of finances while coordinating with a growing list of agency vendors and media outlets. Virginia, who has more than 25 years of experience in management and business government compliance, began her career as a paralegal in the environmental law sector and later transitioned into management and recruiting. She has been with WOW since 2012.

Maria Garcia Barea

Maria leads the communications team at WOW MKTG, focusing on strategic communications, social media, influencer marketing, and traditional public relations. Originally from Spain, she has a strong background as a TV reporter, editor-in-chief, and producer for several media outlets, including Television Española, the country’s largest audiovisual group. In 2015, Maria redirected her journalistic career and joined global brand consultancy Interbrand in New York City, where she worked on global marketing initiatives and led social media efforts. Maria brings a comprehensive perspective on the evolving media landscape, where digital content and storytelling continue to reshape how brands operate.

Xavier Castañeda

Xavier is plugged in and harnessing a world of code and tech to engineer sites, apps, and interactive units for WOW’s clients, making the impossible look easy. He began his career 20 years ago as a graphic designer and animator, transitioning into interactive design and development early in his career. He perfected his diverse talents at local startups and boutique digital shops, before leading the interactive development team at República. Xavier has seen it all from landing pages for Google, to complex sites for banks and pharmaceutical brands. He’s also worked for brands like Burger King, Four Seasons, Nielsen, Toyota, NBCUniversal, and The White House.

Eileen D’Costa

Eileen leads the project management team at WOW, bringing more than 18 years of advertising experience to a department that is critical in ensuring quality and objectives are met on time and within budget. Whether it’s coordinating agency workflow or managing end-to-end project completion, Eileen’s organizational abilities and attention to detail help guarantee that our clients’ goals are always a priority. Before joining WOW, Eileen worked in account services and project management at BlackDog Advertising and Creative Marketing Partners where she worked on campaigns across an array of industries including tourism, hospitality, healthcare, and automotive.

Episode 1 - The Welcome

Episode 1: In the premiere episode of The Ship, WOW MKTG welcomes ten ambitious interns to a summer unlike any other. This first behind-the-scenes glimpse introduces the interns, sets the stage for the challenges ahead, and offers a first look at the unique culture and energy that defines WOW. The journey into the fast-paced world of marketing begins, where creativity, collaboration, and competition will shape their summer… and possibly their futures.

Episode 2 - The Assignment

Episode 2: The interns learn their summer assignment. With tight deadlines and high expectations, the pressure is on. Excitement builds as the team begins brainstorming and collaborating, but a surprise twist raises the stakes: a $5,000 scholarship will go to the top-performing intern. With a meaningful cause and real competition ahead, the interns must rise to the challenge.

Episode 3 - The Work Begins

Episode 3: The interns officially set sail. With roles taking shape and ideas coming fast, the team begins to find its rhythm. But as the pace picks up, so does the pressure. Fortunately, they're not navigating it alone—mentors from WOW who once stood in their shoes step in to guide the way. It's a critical moment where collaboration, creativity, and composure start to define who rises to the challenge.

Episode 4 - The Midway Point

Episode 4: The Ship reaches its midpoint—and the pressure is building. The interns present their first round of ideas to WOW MKTG leadership, and the feedback is real. Some concepts show promise, others need more development, and everyone is being pushed to the limit. To raise the stakes, a Google technology expert visits WOW to highlight the power of AI and digital tools in modern campaign strategy. With just weeks to go and a $5,000 scholarship on the line, the team must rally to stay on course.

Episode 5 - A Creative Breakthrough

Episode 5: This episode marks a turning point on The Ship. After facing tough but necessary feedback, the interns regroup, rethink, and refocus. They meet with WOW MKTG's creative team for fresh perspective and expert advice, pushing them to think bigger and more boldly. It's a week of creative breakthroughs and real teamwork as the group begins to hit its stride. Tension turns into momentum, ideas evolve, and WOW-worthy moments start to emerge. With their confidence growing and the deadline looming, the interns prove they're not just learning—they're leveling up.

Episode 6 - The Dry Run

Episode 6: In this episode, the interns go from solo contributors to one united team. With their campaign vision finally coming together, the team must rely on group chemistry, trust, and hustle to power through the final stretch. As the big presentation nears, every detail matters—and so does how they show up in the room. To help them rise to the occasion, 6x Emmy-winning Journalist and public speaking coach, Laurie Jennings, stops by with expert tips on presentation skills.With the final presentation just days away, the pressure is on—and the interns are giving it everything they’ve got.

Episode 7 - Presentation Day

Episode 7: In the final episode of The Ship, the interns deliver their full-scope marketing campaign. Their presentation reflects weeks of tireless creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration, as the interns transformed ideas into compelling stories and impactful strategies. This is their moment to demonstrate not only the skills they've gained but also the passion and purpose driving their work. Emotions run high as they share the results of their dedication, perseverance, and teamwork, proving just how much they've grown throughout this unforgettable summer journey. The winner is announced, but in the end, every intern's effort is celebrated, making it a rewarding and inspiring conclusion for the entire team.

Special Episode: More than an internship series, Season 3 of The Ship tells the story of mentorship in motion. Through the leadership of WOW MKTG’s Jose Dans and Omar Delgado, and the vision of Columbus High School President Thomas Kruczek, students gain hands-on experience shaping Miami’s creative future.

Episode 7: Six hopeful interns. Six challenging weeks. It all comes down to this moment. Only one of our interns will be named the winner of The SHIP Season 2 and take home a $5,000 scholarship.
